Keep in mind that because in-person support is often necessary, we prioritize volunteers who **are located in Germany**, especially near **Berlin or NRW** where our organization operates.

### 📚 Course Details

* **Schedule:** Monday & Wednesday, 19:00–21:00 (Online)
* **Format:** Live online lectures with practical exercises. 
* **Final Outcome:** Mini Project & Final project.

### 👥 Volunteer Roles

* **Session Owner:** Leads classes and introduces new concepts.
* **Session Assistant:** Supports students and manages Zoom logistics during class.
* **Backup Teacher:** Steps in when regular teachers are unavailable.

  * Intro to Python: Input, Output, Data Types (`int`, `str`, `bool`, `float`) & Operators
  * Conditionals & Operators
  * Intro to Functions
  * Functions Continued + Flow Control 1: Lists, `for`/`while` Loops, List Comprehension (optional)
  * Review of Loops, Functions, Conditionals, Lists
  * Flow Control 2: Dictionaries, Sets, Tuples, Review
* Libraries & Tools
  * Libraries & Packages + DateTime (must have)
  * Path Navigation, File I/O, Unix Paths, JSON, CSV
  * Review: Nested Dicts, JSON Parsing, and Error Handling
  * Networking, Requests Library
* Data Analysis
  * Intro to Pandas
  * Pandas Practice: Loading Data from Different File Types, Creating & Modifying DataFrames
  * Pandas: Filter, Aggregation, GroupBy, and Plot
* Data Visualization
  * Visualization (Matplotlib or Plotly)

### 🎓 Final Project

At the end of the course, students complete a **final project** and give a **presentation** demonstrating their learning.
