### 📍**Locations**

We provide advanced tech skills training and career support to tech-savvy refugees and people with a forced migration background, helping accelerate their professional integration into the tech industry.

This program is currently offered to students located in **Berlin, NRW, and Hamburg.**

### **🎓 Our Learners**

Our learners come from diverse backgrounds and life situations, and each semester brings a unique cohort. Last semester:

* 🌍 Over **32 nationalities**
* 👩‍🎓 Average age: **31**
* 🎓 Backgrounds in Finance, Engineering, Biology, and more — most with at least a **bachelor’s degree**

**Employment status on entry:**

* 40% underemployed and transitioning careers
* 35% unemployed and actively job hunting
* 25% university students preparing for the job market

**Why they join ReDI**\
Most learners aim to start a career in tech, but they arrive with different levels of experience, learning styles, and personal circumstances — from caring responsibilities to major life transitions.

This means engagement can look different for each learner. Some are immediately active; others need more time — but **their commitment is real**.
