What you do: You find out about the job market and potential careers available. You will also understand towards which direction you can develop your career moving forward. You learn more about your own profile by following a self-assessment.

Once you have a direction (the job profile you aspire) and are aware of your current profile and capabilities, you will understand what skills and knowledge to develop further and create a professional development roadmap for yourself.

Workshop Session: Career Orientation & Job Search

Deliverables:

• Document the job profiles you are interested in. Make a self-assessment per job profile of which skills are required that you currently don’t have and create a personalised development plan

• Organise a call with your mentor for consulting on which career to take and map what is needed to get there
