Our students have the great opportunity to connect with a mentor who can support your career development. All mentors are volunteers willing to dedicate time to support ReDI learners, most of them from tech companies.

• Get help with your tech and/or career journey

• Set goals, create an action plan, and lead your mentoring sessions

• Receive guidance, but stay in charge of your decisions
