With ReDI Connect, our ReDI Mentorship Program, you have the opportunity to connect with professionals from the tech industry who can support you with your career development.
Before we dive in, let's break down the definitions so you know whoβs who in this mentoring journey:
ReDI Connect is a dedicated platform designed to facilitate the mentorship program at ReDI School. It serves as a central hub for both students and alumni to connect with experienced professionals.
Its primary functions are:
Mentee Registration: It allows students to sign up as mentees and create their profiles.
Mentor Search: It provides a searchable database of available mentors, which students can filter to find a good match based on their professional goals and interests.
Application Management: It enables mentees to apply for mentorships, track the status of their applications,
Track mentorship: it allows mentors to manage their ongoing mentorship relationships and track their sessions.
Itβs a safe and supportive environment designed to help you find the right mentor and get the most out of your learning and career journey.
Whether you're looking for guidance on your career, help with job applications, or just someone to brainstorm your next career steps with β ReDI Connect is where it all begins.
