The ReDI Talent Pool is a platform that connects ReDI School students and alumni with partner companies and their recruiters.
HOW DOES IT WORK? It works as a talent pipeline, helping to bridge the gap between our ReDI students and employment opportunities in the tech industry.

✨ Candidate showcase: It allows you to create a profile that highlights your skills, projects, and career goals.
💪🏼 Direct access for companies: Partner companies can browse the profiles of qualified candidates, search for specific skills, and directly contact individuals for potential job opportunities.
🎯 Job matching: The platform facilitates a more direct and efficient job-matching process, helping you get noticed by relevant employers.
📥 New job openings announcements: You can opt to receive emails when companies post new job openings. You can also follow us on Slack in the #job_postings channel to be informed too.
HOW TO JOIN THE TALENT POOL? If you are looking for a job or internship, start creating your profile on the ReDI Talent Pool today. Get your profile approved to let these companies find you and contact you!

✏️ ReDI CV Builder: Create a modern tailored CV. You can create as many as you may need and save them as pdfs with unique names. CVs are only visible to you, so if you would like to share one version you just need to download it!
📌 Job Listings: Browse all job openings from our partner companies and apply to them directly.
‼️ IMPORTANT
Make sure to submit your profile for review once you filled out all of the mandatory fields — this way we can approve it. Once approved:
You will have access to all features of the Talent Pool
You will always have the option to mark yourself as visible/or not visible to companies
You can update your profile whenever you want
