How to host a P2P Session

Your Turn

The teams are hosting the P2P session in turn. Is it your turn now? Go to your Teams Sheet, pinned in Slack, to find out.

Steps

1. Claim Host

• Join the Zoom Call

• Click on "Participants"

• Click on "Claim Host"

• Insert Host key (the key is pinned in Slack)

2. Track Attendance

• Take a screenshot of the participants after 10 minutes of the call

• Post the Screenshot in the course Channel

3. Open Breakout Rooms

• Click on Breakout Rooms

• Create 4 breakout rooms

• Let participants choose

• Don't set a timer

4. Stay with your team in the main room

• The hosting team stays in the main room to help students find the right breakout room.
