Volunteer as a Python Trainer at a Vocational School

Join us in empowering young minds through digital education! We're looking for volunteer trainers to teach basic programming and AI concepts to youth with migration and refugee backgrounds.

Class Time: 12:15 – 13:45 All sessions are in-person for the students at a vocational school in Brühl.

👥 About the Students

You’ll be teaching youth from an Internationale Förderklasse — students with migration or refugee backgrounds. Your role can make a big impact on their digital future.

💡 How Volunteering Works

🔧 Skill Requirements

  • Intermediate Python programming

  • Basic presentation and teaching skills

  • Open, cross-cultural communication

👩‍🏫 Teaching Format

  • 6 volunteers in the team

  • 2 volunteers per session:

    • Lead Teacher: Delivers the main content

    • Assistant Teacher: Supports, ideally on-site

  • All teaching materials and tools are provided

  • A teacher training will be offered beforehand
